We collect information you provide directly during account registration and data generated automatically by your active participation inside the platform:

  • Account Details: Display name, profile image, verified mobile number, and motorcycle make/model.
  • Emergency Details: Designated emergency contacts, phone numbers, and optional blood group or medical notes for instant coordinator access.
  • Telemetry & Location: High-precision coordinate logging, acceleration profiles, and impact sensor readings. Location tracking runs exclusively during active ride segments and stops instantly when the ride ends.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process collected telemetry and personal details to ensure community safety, support coordinators, and provide coordinate tracking services:

  • Render real-time participant positions to ride leaders and fellow sweepers during live runs.
  • Compute trust metrics and rating scores to prevent reckless riding patterns.
  • Trigger automated SMS notifications to emergency contacts and dispatch ambulance calls if impact values exceed safety limits.
  • We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal telemetry logs to advertising brokers or external marketing companies.

3. Security & Data Retention

We apply robust administrative safeguards to secure stored profile elements. Telemetry logs and location histories are archived and retained for a maximum of 30 days after ride completion unless marked for incident investigations.

4. Your Controls & Rights

You maintain full control over your telemetry profile. You can query, review, modify, or permanently purge your account records at any time. To remove all associated details from the cloud database, submit a deletion form directly through the Delete Account panel.
